As part of the booking process you will be required to create an account on this booking system - your email address will be your login, and you can set a password of your choice. Card details will be required as part of the login process and will be used to secure your reservation. Payment for your booking will still need to be made direct to the hotel prior to departure.
If you need to cancel, please contact us no later than 12 noon on the date shown on your confirmation. Cancellations made after this time may still incur charges.
